  • Using an electric whisk, whisk together the Quark, yogurt, sweetener, lemon juice and Zest, eggs and vanilla extract until you have a smooth runny mixture.
  • Remove from oven and set aside, raise oven temperature to 240'c/220'f.
  • Transfer the mixture into the cake tin and press down.
  • Melt the low fat spread in a microwave for a few seconds, add to the biscuits and mix together.
